THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS. First Trump illegally sent a child’s father to be imprisoned without trial or due process in El Salvador. Then ICE grabbed her mother to be deported to Venezuela.

But despite the mom saying she wanted to leave with her daughter, ICE is keeping the baby!

Full story. The Trump admin is *defending* this as a deliberate decision. They claimed both the child’s parents are in Tren de Aragua (without presenting any evidence) and therefore are arguing that this is in the child’s best interest.

Of course, they didn’t file any case. They just took the baby.

The issue isn't whether the kid is deported with the parents or staying in the country as a US citizen, the issue is whether you are reasonably displacing an entire family who has very good reason to stay to take care of their US born kids.

Another example of the inhumanity and deliberate cruelty of this regime. ICE no doubt kept the child to avoid the bad PR with the other mother/child kidnapping/transporting to Honduras.

They make one mistake, then compound it because:
