...the white board in my home office has written on it: Affect: always a verb!

It's been there about 15 years now and probably cannot ever be erased from the board. My memory, on the other hand, may well be wiped clean of the information if I erase it from the board.

Both Canada and now Australia dodge the bullet and take a hard left turn thanks to Trump.

This seems to be where Trump’s real talent lies -
