Who knew that one can assault one's Government at the bequest of the sitting president and be compensated by that Government for your actions against it...

If your illegal actions can foreseeable lead to violence that then leads to the death of a victim or coconspirator, then you could be charged with felony (first degree) murder.

It is just like robbing a bank and another robber gets killed.

Had DOJ gone that route, maybe the view of these neonazi insurrectionists would be what it should be. They were murdering thugs who all deserve to rot in jail forever.
