Any word on William769?

They said they were dying in their latest post. The post looked like coherence was an effort. I'm not close to anyone here, but my heart goes out.

I was thinking that I saw him a couple days ago but we certainly shouldn't depend on my memory.

I didn't know him either, but really loved interacting with him on DU. He was often someone who called attention to important things and resources that had not been found yet or posted here. I hope he knows how much he is appreciated. I was halfway hoping he might rematerialize here. In any event, I am thinking about him, sending heartfelt thoughts and truly hoping he somehow manages to get through whatever is happening. Such a sad shock.
