Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia was sent to prison without due process, period!

It's not about deportation. It's not a question of whether he was a gang member. It's not about whether his wife called the police on him once.

It's about the fact that he, along with many others, was sentenced to prison without his right of due process. That is how simple this whole case is.

People get deported all the time, but they don't get sentenced to prison.

Why is this simple factual message not getting through?

After he stumbles through some none- answer, he then needs to be asked what he's going to do about it now that he has been made aware that people were sent to prison without due process.

And, I use the word "sentenced" figuratively! He was not actually sentenced, which makes it worse. He was sent there not even knowing for how long.
