Ritchson explained his faith in a THR cover story last year, saying that he is “a Christian quite simply because of what Jesus calls us to do.” But Ritchson also noted at the time that his religion had become “the most vitriolic tribe,” which is “so antithetical to what Jesus was calling us to be and to do.”

“Trump is a rapist and a con man, and yet the entire Christian church seems to be treat him like he’s their poster child and it’s unreal. I don’t understand it,” the actor said as an example.

Ritchson, who will be reprising Reacher in the third season of Amazon Prime Video’s hit action series, is known to speak his mind. In his GQ magazine, he spoke out against his former classmate Matt Gaetz. Ritchson and the politician attended school together after the actor’s family moved from Illinois to Niceville, Fla.

“That motherfucker. We are adversaries,” Ritchson said. “It’s shocking to me that the panhandle of Florida continues to vote for somebody—knowing everything we know about him and the promises that he’s made behind closed doors about pardoning certain criminals—he’s just not a good dude! There’s part of me that wants to get into politics to outdo somebody like him for good, and there’s part of me that’s like, I’m not duplicitous enough to succeed in politics. There are certain people that do a good job of staying true to who they are, but they’re ineffective. I think Bernie Sanders is a hero. But it’s like, what has he accomplished?”

never was. Thanks for raising the Canadian flag. I myself am on an Eleanor Roosevelt kick. I don't want to put up a Canadian flag because that would make this crisis too real. I'm trying to remain calm. I did try to fly a cdn flag on flag day but the old flags from the cottage (a Canadian one and a Nova Scotia one we flew at the cottage in Quebec) was somewhere in my brother's house and he did not remember saving them or where they were.

I love Nova Scotia.. was there at the beginning of September in 2005 with a buddy who drove us on a camping trip from Little Falls, NY through New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Novea Scotia, Mabou Cape Breton, and Prince Edward Island.

This took so long because I couldn't remember Cape Breton but I knew if was some place very Wonderful.. . And then I remembered The Rankins and started my investigating there.

Must have been doubly beautiful if you were camping.

I went to University in Halifax, Nova Scotia and moved back there for 4 years in my 30s. My ancestors/family were almost all from NS. I miss them all. Here is a picture from the front lawn of the farm my mom grew up on in Pictou County as well as the wedding party to my parents wedding. I only have one aunt left living from that wedding party. I hope to go back again some day.

Jesus Christ was the Messiah—so the Jews are wrong.

There is only one God—so the Hindus are wrong.

9. I was raised Lutheran, but no longer go to

church because people who consider themselves “Christian” are nothing like Christ. RWNJ “Christians” are closer to Pharisees than Christians. This guy is my idea of a Christian.
