I’m fucking pissed, and I’ve seen NOTHING so far that impresses me or makes me believe that the party is making the changes needed to be successful. THAT is when I will have hope, when I see changes that start to bring us out of the shadows and lead to electoral SUCCESS. No more blaming the media. Presumably, the injunction was issued because the action of freezing the funding may be illegal (It was prompted by a lawsuit brought by nonprofits that receive federal money ). What the administration wrote in a memo should have no impact on whether the action is illegal or not. The idea that you can do something illegal as long as you don't put it in writing in a memo (which seems to be their position) should be considered ludicrous on its face.
