HEADS UP:Rescission of the OMB memo was simply to get the federal court case to go away, not lifting the funding freeze

According to SHitler's mouthpiece:

https://bsky.app/profile/hayesbrown.bsky.social/post/3lgvn4rclos2g

WH Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt just clarified on X that the rescission of the OMB memo was simply to get the federal court case to go away, not lifting the funding freeze on anything that goes against Trump's EOs

translation: "please stop yelling at me for the thing i want to keep doing"

The court blocked the funding freeze and that blockage remains in effect. The action was blocked, not the memo. The idiot Press Secretary is effectively arguing that you can do something illegal if you don't write a memo saying you are doing it. That is obviously cuckoo bonkers insane.

They claim that the freeze is still in effect, but that is wrong. The court blocked the freeze so there is no freeze in effect until or unless the court removes the block and allows it. That is highly unlikely to happen (and definitely will not happen before next week regardless).

This negatively impacts tens of millions of people including Republicans. The MaGA cult has largely continued to support Trump through many outrageous actions, but this will negatively impact the finances of millions of MAGAs so I believe it would cause a number of people to turn against Trump. It is a PR disaster and not popular with anyone. I don't think they will defy the courts on this. Also, I've seen no reports today of funding being unable to be accessed like there where numerous stories of yesterday, implying they are complying with the temporary blockage/stay/injunction (whatever it technically is).
