The elephant in the room is the Supreme Court...

They have already ruled that he is immune from breaking the laws while he is president. Trump believes he is immune for everything since he is now the President. He wants a case to go to the Supreme Court so they can legitimize his illegalities once and for all.

As we have seen, the present bunch of MAGA Justices will not hesitate to rule against the Constitution if it is at odds with what Donald Trump wants.

I have zero confidence that the Supreme Court will put the Constitution over Trump.

It doesn't say how. This is what they learned in bush v. Gore.

They can decide cases however the f*ck they want.

No need for explanation, and if they choose to provide one, it doesn't need to make sense or be consistent with the constitution or logic or facts or anything else.

As long as these Nazis control enough of congress to prevent impeachment or the justices, there's little we can do about it.

after such a violent freeze against the most needy in our country. And all this other super rightwing billionaire stuff.

They should have seen the results their right wing decisions would have when implemented by an insane complete wierdo. But they were so tied up in their own power grab maybe they really didn't expect Trump to go this power crazy.
