In fact, "autism" is not a one factor syndrome. There are a multitude of types, a spectrum, and different possible etiologies. There are probably several genetic markers for the spectrum of the disorder and fetal brain development may play a large part.

4. I've had a run of vaccinations this past three months

Some may be for the last time in my life, others like flu and covid will be ongoing.
