DJT doesn't have authority to offer buy outs of federal employees.

Congress would have to pass a bill that authorized it. A Senator on the floor in Congress told federal workers not to be conned by resigning and getting stiffed just like Trump has done to his contractors and attorneys.

Just ask Gulani about it happening to him.

10. The point is, if someone accepts ""the offer" they will not get paid which I believe is 100% true.

Kaine mentioned this so as to warn Federal employees to protect themselves and not believe Trump.

11. Yes, no one can count on the courts to enforce the law when it comes to Trump.

We are totally on our own. Congress and the courts have abandoned the American people.

Right now he is getting blocked in federal courts for some of his edicts, but that will all get to the fucked-SCOTUS. That court is very likely to clear the way for him.

I was laughing it up this morning and was saying, don;t take this deal unless it come in a lump sum payment before your resignation is finalized. I got lots of chickles and "you got that right" replies.

He will just put you on admin leave for 8 months (he CAN do that) - BUT, the government is only funded through March.

The email looks like it was written by a 7th grader. Elon pulled this shit at Twitter and then stiffed everyone.

This is a suckers bet. Far better to wait for the VERA and VSIP offers that WILL be coming.

This, THIS RIGHT HERE, is the rope he hangs himself with, afaic...

Nobody to push his paper or follow his bullshit orders? The entire federal civil service just dissappeared by valentines day?

He would be impeached by April 1. The brainwashed faithful will scream their fool heads off about it, but even the likes of Ted Cruze and Marge know they'd have NO CHOICE but to back kicking him out.
