If Musk is so highly addicted to drugs, wouldn't it be easy for someone to
get close enough to his party circle and get him to talk to find out the extent of the devious things he may have done in PA to turn the election in Trump's favor? Assuming he did anything at all?

Just kidding. 
Joking aside, I have tried to learn about the effects of Ketamine. I do think someone could let their guard down and make terrible decisions under the influence of Ketamine, based on the little I've read. But I don't think it is necessarily the kind of drug that turns you into a walking confession the way a drug like, maybe cocaine or meth, could.
Besides, we don't know what Musk might use in addition to Ketamine.
If Musk cheated beyond what we know to get Trump elected, I believe many in the inner circle do know and that is precisely why they accept Musk's dominance and interference in this entire process so far.
If there's something incriminating I do believe we will learn about it at some point!
