this is what happens. If you're a young person just watching 30 to 120 second videos on social media and taking that "news" at face value, you'll get these types of results. There's life beyond social media...for those who care to take the time to stay informed. My Latino friends in the DMV (DC, Md, VA) are first and second generation American citizens and they loathe the MAGA Latinos (especially the supporters who are undocumented). Lots of mixed status family members.
She voted for trump to deport her grandpa and now she's crying. Not sure what she was listening to all this time. Maybe the promise of cheap eggs or no boys in girls' sports made her forget that trump wanted to deport her grandpa and all her friends that are undocumented.

It is very common to have mixed status families. Her grandfather is undocumented, her parents may have been born here, thus she and her parents are
" safe", but dear old grandpa and her co-workers that did not show up for work are not.
