out bear spray as an alternative. Every tsf-pardoned criminal who commits additional crimes (and you know they will) should become a media star in ads for Democratic candidates -- in every available media format. These crimes will get more attention LOCALLY than nationally and Congressional Dems should use them heavily in local ads.
