…because it is living #e11 here and we do not deserve this crap! We have voted three times to fix the gerrymandering but surprise surprise the right wing knuckle draggers refuse the process and continue to lie and steal. Don’t worry the state is dying, young people moving out and females refusing to move in or stay due to continual threats to health care. Just saying. Not nice! In the meantime the state has two rethug senators and will continue to vote against you every chance they get! In addition another R governor here means that every election is slanted to R as the courts, Ag and Secretary of State keep us hostage. Enjoy!!

8. I'd like to say it can't get worse but would never temp the gods!

Last year 57% of the Ohio voters voted to protect women’s reproductive rights into our Constitution! It took our state representatives over a year to implement it and I can not tell you for certain the verbiage that they decided on. They are crooks and there should have been no post election debate. We passed legislation to fix the gerrymandering and then they fought the results of the committee work to the Ohio Supreme Ct. and then we did all of the work to put anti gerrymandering back on the ballot again this fall and they changed the issue yes means no and no means yes and we lost. The voters aren’t 100% stupid but the solid R gerrymandered State government is rotten and manipulative. That is why we are where we are. Basically our votes don’t count and now we have two red senators. Something that hasn’t happened in decades. We have many hard working Dems and a strong League of Women Voters but I think people are getting pretty hopeless in light of T back in the WH And no senator to call.

I may be wrong on this, but Vivek may have a hard time convincing MAGA to vote for the brown man that just basically said we need more brown immigrants because white people are not educated and don't have the same work ethic as brown folks. .
Also, the GOP now controls all branches of Government, they can't easily use Dems as scapegoats for anything that goes wrong. I am sure they will try though.
