Do the no-/low-taxpaying rich stand to gain from federal disaster relief or even

from their local municipalities who fight their fires just like they do for the non-rich?

Is it not the equivalent of handouts if the poor subsidize the rich?

I think Trump does that all the time when hurricanes are within 500 miles of MAL.
Pretends there is damage and makes a claim.

Make several million a year, and loose your house to fire and you can have several years of not paying any taxes. The rump tax bill did put a limit on this unless your loss occurred in a federal disaster area.
