The Presidential Oath of Office...

The US Constitution
Article II, Section 1, Clause 8:

Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:–

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Come Jan 20th, 2025, will F47 actually swear this oath??? Will he make changes, reciting his own oath??? According to the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies (JCCIC), four words, "so help me God," have been added to the oath by every president since George Washington w/ the exception of Theodore Roosevelt.

Will F47 swear on a Bible??? Will it be a "God Bless the USA" Bible???

The JCCICC notes all but two presidents have placed their hand on a Bible while saying the oath. John Quincy Adams took the oath using a law book. Teddy Roosevelt did not use a Bible for his first inauguration. Barack Obama, in 2013, took the oath using two Bibles, one that had belonged to Abraham Lincoln + the other by Martin Luther King Jr.

George Washington set the precedent of the inaugural address, setting the tone for his administration. Washington holds the record for the shortest speech: 135 words. William Henry Harrison holds the title for the longest: 8,445 words. That speech was nearly 2 hours long; however, F47 may be a contender to surpass such verbosity.

It has been posited that such long outdoor exposure contributed to the passing of Harrison In April 1841. After being sworn in, Harrison died of pneumonia one month later. His demise was believed to have been brought on by exposure to the elements on a cold, rainy Inauguration Day, March 4, 1841. F47 is apparently moving his ceremony indoors, possibly to avoid the elements, contagion + a bad hair day.

Legally, apparently, the presidential inauguration starts w/ "I do solemnly swear" + ends w/ "protect + defend the Constitution of the United States." No Bible, no speech, no parade + no inaugural ball required. F47, the Grifter-in-Chief, should take note.

…and then DO whatever he damn pleases. He has no god that he answers to, he has no honor, no shame. We know this about him already.
