violated when someone is indicted and convicted for committing a crime.

Let this pompous ass prove it, and I dare him to take this to the Supreme Court. As bad as this Supreme Court is, it is hard for me to believe that they would uphold this bullshit.

That means anyone charged with a crime could claim it was a conspiracy to violate their rights.

This jackass needs to be disbarred.

We need to call their bluff. Treat the DOJ as illegitimate and refuse to submit to any federal arrest or court hearings.

for shooting people. For example is there really any doubt that if shooting people suspected of crossing the border illegally was allowed Greg Abbott would have someone wheel him down to the Rio Grande with a weapon? You know he would be tickled pink to sit under and umbrella with a cold drink and shoot all day long with a big smile on his face and never once consider that he was taking the life of human beings.

"A person is guilty of obstructing governmental administration when he intentionally obstructs, impairs or perverts the administration of law or other governmental function or prevents or attempts to prevent a public servant from performing an official function, by means of intimidation, physical force or interference, or by means of any independently unlawful act, or by means of interfering, whether or not physical force is involved, with radio, telephone, television or other telecommunications systems owned or operated by the state, or a county, city, town, village, fire district or emergency medical service or by means of releasing a dangerous animal under circumstances evincing the actor's intent that the animal obstruct governmental administration."

It's a Class A misdemeanor that can snag you 364 days in jail.
