Why dont we just vote against bad candidates in republican primaries.

Why can’t we just cross over to republican party and vote against bad candidates in their primaries. Not all republican candidates are bad, but the bad ones are often elected. We need to disrupt their process.

I understand where you are coming from but i feel like we cant rely on people to make the right decision. There are way too many voters that are uneducated or have been brainwashed. We are living in a different era now, the era of misinformation.

in the primary, if feasible, what do we get out of it? A better chance of losing the election. Does that make sense to you?

Your point might have been valid many years ago but not today. There have always been republican candidates with extreme policies but now you have hateful candidates that are a danger to our democracy and culture and are able to spread misinformation very easily through social media and other channels. The risks are greater than the rewards.

However, people did this in the south for years - voted in the other’s side’s primaries to get a person more favorable to them.

Desperate times call for desperate measures.
