“House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries said Democrats aren’t conceding anything,” Punchbowl News reports.

Said Jeffries: “It has yet to be decided who will control the House of Representatives in the 119th Congress. We must count every vote and wait until the results in Oregon, Arizona and California are clear.”

“Democratic leaders also said this wasn’t time for them to get into a post-mortem about what went wrong on Election Day. There’s enormous infighting going on inside the party since Donald Trump romped to a big win and pulled House and Senate Republicans along with him.”

if Dems don't win the House they should definitely litigate all close races in the courts for 8 months the same as Al Franken faced when he first won his Senate race.
