Springfield, Ohio, city officials were contacted by Vance’s team and said the claims were baseless. It didn’t matter and now the town is in chaos.

on MSNBC (might have been Timothy Snyder?), the point of the Springfield story is not whether it’s true or. not, the point is to keep the conversation related to immigration. When the topic is immigration, the Menace has the advantage, if it’s climate change for example he’s losing.
