This Palm Beach Post story is a brief rundown of how county officials tried to terminate the 99-year lease after the J6 insurrection. The lease has a "bad boy" clause, but the county's chief assistant attorney decided it didn't include "moral turpitude." But it can be terminated if he files for bankruptcy.
