* Edisto Beach, South Carolina northward to Ocracoke Inlet, North
Carolina

A Tropical Storm Warning means that tropical storm conditions are
expected somewhere within the warning area, in this case within the
next 12 hours.

inland watches and warnings, please monitor products issued by your
local National Weather Service forecast office.

While the center of rotation is south, most of the storm and its rainfall are and will be in North Carolina, mostly following the Cape Fear River inland from Wilmington.
