I'm so disappointed that no one is believing "the boy who cried wolf" (sarcasm)

I'm so disappointed that my fellow DUers can't seem to muster concern for the boy who cried "wolf". This time it might really have been a wolf, and for god's sake won't somebody think of the children??1!!?

As a reminder, in the original fable, the boy who cries wolf DOES get consumed by the wolf precisely for crying wolf too many times.

My personal CT is that the GOP fascists are intentionally normalizing an attack on a presidential candidate to further ramp up violence post-election. The country wants sensible gun control, yet the SCOTUS seems intent upon arming every lunatic in the country. I think ignoring the other clause in 2A may be intentional to create chaos so that the citizenry will tolerate authoritarianism just to bring back a little normalcy.

Sarcasm off/

Vote! Don't let the fascists scare away your rights. Don't let the fascists convince you that authoritarian order is the only choice in face of this deliberate, evil chaos. Humans can and will embrace their better angels if given a chance. Vote for sanity. Clearly the sane, empathetic, humane ticket is Harris/Walz.
