This sucks

Just when we dominated the narrative and established political momentum, some asshole with a gun changes it.

Trump and Trumpism cannot be defeated through violence. The attempts on Trump's life are not only morally wrong but undemocratic and politically counterproductive. We need to beat Trump and his allies through an overwhelming Democratic victory at the ballot box.

I don’t believe these acts are in any way connected to the Democratic Party or rhetoric so there’s no need for these kinds of statements.

I'm just lamenting that it happens at all.

I'm sorry if I left the impression that Dems are responsible for these events in any way.

The violence that would occur would be heartbreaking.
It would be the wild west.

We were watching a really good football game and I knew there wouldn’t be much solid info immediately so we stayed on the game. KC beat Cincy on a last second FG.

He wasn't in a restricted area...
He probably legally had a right to that gun
He didn't fire the gun...

Sure they will charge him with something, but it isn't gonna be much.
