Trump gets his ass handed to him in the debates? Double-down on the “Haitians eating pets” story, then double-down on it again. Since the media will never dare to dismiss the story as a lie and not cover it, the spotlight remains on TSF and his framing. Trump makes an incredibly stupid tweet about hating Taylor Swift? There was gunfire in a fight near Trump’s golf course. No…there was a gunman on the course! Secret Service spotted a gun poking out of the bushes! No sign of the gunman, though, even though they recovered an AK-47 from those bushes. No…they have the guy in custody! No…what happened was him being spotted near the course, dropping his gun, and trying to escape by car. Who knows? Who cares!? All we know is “TRUMP SURVIVES ASSASSINATION ATTEMPT,” and, suddenly, nothing else matters.

That’s the whole point of flooding the zone. Let your guy and his agenda suck all the oxygen out of the room, and people won’t focus on anyone else. Kamala? Who’s that? It is as it always was…about Trump and no one else.
