Secret Service agents who were ahead of Trump by one hole spotted the rifle barrel poking out of bushes. Police later recovered an AK-47 with a scope, two backpacks and a GoPro

Still no word if shots were actually fired like the original report said.

5. So were shots fired? How did the gun man get on the private course?

Is it illegal to have a weapon on a golf course in Florida? What about second amendment rights? Perhaps people witnessed the gunman earlier in the vicinity and didn't think much of seeing a person with a weapon.

This crap is what Republicans fight for the right to happen. There are consequences to having lax gun regulation.

It doesn't sound like the suspect fired shots, but they still need to perform ballistics.

My hunch is the SS pre-emptively fired and the guy took off.
