Rather than admit his stupid mistake, he's vowing to punish innocent people.
He's done that with Ukraine. He gets cornered or offended or proved wrong, and he immediately decides to destroy.
His cruelty knows no bounds... and is any Republican going to say even, "Uh, wait a minute...."
