He really did good here.

Video shows Jon Bon Jovi save a woman who was about to jump off a bridge, hug her

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV/Gray News) – Legendary rocker Jon Bon Jovi was in the right place at the right time for one woman in Nashville on Tuesday evening.

According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, Bon Jovi was on the Pedestrian Bridge around 6 p.m. for a shoot when he saw a woman who appeared to be getting ready to jump.

Surveillance video from the bridge shows Bon Jovi and one of his crew members approach the woman to speak with her.

Both of them appear to convince the woman not to jump and help her back over the railing. Once she is back to safety, Bon Jovi is seen embracing her in a hug.

Check out his song “American Reckoning”.
About the killing of George Floyd.
He and his wife do so much to feed poor and homeless people. First hand, not just giving money to an org. Hands on the meals.

I liked heavier stuff in the 1980s, and while I objectively can admit that Bon Jovi and Richie Sambora are outstanding writers and I do like a few of their songs, it was just never my cup of tea. That being said, he is legitimately the best dude to ever come out of the hair metal scene and is one of the best dudes overall. The guy is legit as a good person.

The albums, Slippery When Wet (You Give Love A Bad Name, Livin’ On A Prayer, and Wanted Dead Or Alive) and New Jersey (Bad Medicine, and I’ll Be There For You), and his solo album, Blaze Of Glory (has songs inspired by and from the soundtrack for Young Guns 2).

Hair Metal might not be your thing, but those are some of his/their best.

Jon said that Cohen told him it was his favorite cover -- which I suspect is because they did it as a slow rocker rather than a love ballad and included a hallelujah chorus.

No question Wanted Dead or Alive is a great song. I also like the song In and Out of Love, She Don't Know me (kinda cheesy but has a good vibe) and Living on a Prayer while I am not gonna rock it out, is clearly a staple.

since their self-titled debut in 1984. They were part of the soundtrack of my teen and early adult years. I lost interest in them musically for about the last decade or so because my tastes veered elsewhere, but I was still a supporter of Jon’s charity work. The JBJ Soul Kitchen, his support for the victims of Hurricane Katrina in my hometown, and his support for Democratic candidates among them. That being said, the new album is the best one they’ve released in ages.
